It was a crucial game for the Miami East Vikings and
Franklin Monroe Jets. Both teams are at
the top of the league. The winner could
add a blue chip win to their record and also close out the year with momentum
as the teams head for the home stretch in 2019.
The 2 halves were mirror images of one another as first Miami East
scored and played tough defense to build a halftime lead. However in the 2nd half it was
Franklin-Monroes time to turn the tables and build a lead that they would carry
to the end of the game for a solid 41-33 win against a tough opponent.
