For the second game in a row, Greenville’s girls team had a
fabulous 3rd quarter to pull ahead for a victory. This week the team started league play
against GWOC foe Troy. They had a less than stellar first half, but regrouped
at halftime and came out smoking for the win.
It was a satisfying come from behind victory, the final score was 44-37.
Scoring: Haleigh Mayo 9, Payton Brandenburg 6, Lani Shilt 4,
Saki Nakamura 6, Morgan Gilbert 13, Joda Garland 3, Koryann Elliot 2.
