RailRoaders Rev Engines in Second Quarter

It took Bradford a quarter to shake off the holiday doldrums.  Both teams were lethargic in the beginning of the game.  Bradford was down 7-6 at the end of the 1st quarter.  But in the 2nd quarter the team revved their engines and North could not keep pace.  The RailRoaders would score 24 points while holding the Panthers scoreless.  Bradford did go with a smaller, quicker lineup in the 2nd quarter.  They were able to translate steals into points and in the half court offense, they began to hit their outside shots.

Austy Miller had a hot streak in the 3rd quarter.  She had a hat trick of sorts - hitting 3 treys in a row. Then on the next possession she fell short only connecting for 2 points. She would end up being high scorer with 22 points.  The team kept up the intensity on defense and North could not answer. Bradford would win 53-17.
