Patriots Defeat Stubborn Eagles

It was a heated contest between the host Tri-Village Patriots and the Troy Christian Eagles this past weekend. It was a defensive contest in the 1^st half but both teams found some offense in the 2^nd half. The Patriots got the lead late and then had to fend off a stubborn Eagle challenge in the last few minutes. It was shaky at times down the stretch for the young team, but the Patriots managed to walk out of the gym with a 51-44 win.

Tri-Village: Delong 4, Scantland 11, Dowler 3, Sarver 17, Suggs 13, Finkbine 3.

Troy Christian: Frantom 4, Peters 15, Gray 10, Jackson 2, Day 3, Clawson 8, Major 2.
